We’ve raised a $31m Series A led by Kleiner Perkins with participation from Initialized Capital, Y Combinator, Felicis Ventures, Altos Ventures, and the founders and executives from Zillow, PlanGrid, Thumbtack, Bluebeam, Uber, Procore, and more.
Our team is remote first and consists of architects, structural engineers, permitting experts, and workflow software specialists, all who have personally experienced the pain of permitting.
As an early Enterprise Account Executive, you'll work alongside the CEO and Head of Sales to bring PermitFlow to more general contractors, builders and developers that need help with their construction permitting.
Independently generating demand and converting prospects to new customers within a designated territory
Effectively building strategic action plans & proof of concept programs bespoke to each account
Delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business proposals
Meeting with C-suite Executives and customers in person and at their office location
Effectively developing, managing & growing sales pipeline through multiple channels
Engaging with product and operations leadership to provide user feedback and inform the product roadmap
Managing PermitFlow pilot process & transitioning new accounts from pilots to long term customers
Working in partnership with our Operations team to ensure pilot customers are realizing the value of PermitFlow
Contribute to the building and improving of the enterprise go-to-market strategy
Expanding & growing usage of PermitFlow through current customer base
Delighting customers on an ongoing basis in coordination with customer success
Collaborating within the broader sales organization
B2B Software Sales Expert: At least 6 years experience selling 6-7 figure ACV B2B software contracts and understands the teamwork, process management, and communication required to succeed
Startup Experience: Ideally at a Series A-C SaaS startup
Top Performer. Overachieving sales goals (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
Ability to travel 10-15% of the year.Â
