As an early Sales Director, you'll work alongside the Head of Sales to bring PermitFlow to more general contractors, builders and developers who need help with their construction permitting
Managing and leading an existing team of quota-carrying account executives
Hiring top talent to join the team of high-performers
Helping the team hit their revenue and sales performance metrics to ensure PermitFlow scales rapidly and efficientlyĀ
Working alongside the marketing and sales development function to optimize pipeline generation
Building and implementing coaching and training programs for the sales team
Inspecting KPIs to ensure sales targets are met
Ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasting
Reviewing existing deals, projected forecasts and active pipelines
B2B Software Sales Expert: Sold 5-6 figure ACV B2B software contracts and understands the teamwork, process management, and communication required to succeed
