Insurance Technology Consulting ("ITC") at Perr & Knight ("PK")is a dynamic team of data transformation consultants and project managers who excel in developing P&C insurance statistical reporting solutions. Our experts offer both hosted and custom solutions, guiding clients through the entire process from identifying their statistical reporting needs to mapping, extracting, converting, and transforming data into the requisite reporting codes. ITC is renowned for generating precise statistical reporting extracts, making it the fastest-growing department at PK. A senior manager with ITC will have the following tasks and requirements. 

• Has complete ownership of potential client and client relationships, and they will be able to handle client workshops which assess the client needs while determining the best possible solution and then layout a project plan to execute on that solution without assistance
• Responsible for assigning and supervising Programmers, Senior Programmers and Consultants with client projects
• Responsible for maintaining open communication with PK ITC staff and client staff to manage expectations and deliverable timelines set out in the project plan
• Train PK staff and client staff in technical aspects of the data conversion process
• Maintain profitability of direct reports and contribution to ITC's profitability

• Fluent level knowledge of insurance data and third-party systems providers
• Basic knowledge of insurance coverages for multiple lines of business and industry standards (ISO, AAIS, NCCI)
• Basic knowledge of insurance processes and workflows
• Advanced Microsoft Office Products
• Effective oral and written communication
• Group facilitation skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with a team of consultants and programmers
