Persefoni is a leader in climate software, seeking a Customer Success Manager to support customers in their sustainability journeys and maximize the value of our products.

Skills

  • Experience in ESG performance or environmental consulting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical training experience.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and educate customers on the Persefoni platform.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer communications.
  • Support customers in navigating carbon accounting requirements.
  • Identify risks and implement resolution strategies.
  • Turn successful customers into advocates.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
