Skills

Experience in ESG performance or environmental consulting.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Technical training experience.

Responsibilities

Onboard and educate customers on the Persefoni platform.
Act as the primary contact for customer communications.
Support customers in navigating carbon accounting requirements.
Identify risks and implement resolution strategies.
Turn successful customers into advocates.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred.
