The Opportunity 

With a rapidly expanding product range and market presence, we're seeking a dynamic Paid Search Specialist to fuel our momentum. As part of our high-performing marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to shape campaigns, introduce fresh ideas, and drive impactful results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Efficiently manage and own Paid Search & Shopping campaigns on Google and Bing.
• Drive trading performance and customer acquisition within CPA and ROAS targets.
• Ensure best-in-class PPC execution with strong copy and messaging across campaigns, and build out new campaigns as product and category range expands.
• Project and forecast performance using historical data, channel attribution, geo testing, and trends.
• Test and optimise automation settings, bids, keywords, ads, ad extensions, product feeds, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support commercial, promotional, and new product initiatives.
• Proactively identify new opportunities for account optimization, report findings, and implement changes.
• Spot emerging search trends to better meet customer product demand.

• A minimum 2 years’ experience in Paid Search with a proven record of developing, implementing and optimising high-performing campaigns (e-commerce and Google Shopping experience would be very beneficial)
• Advanced AdWords Editor knowledge
• Google Ads Certified & Search Ads 360 Certified would be very beneficial
• Strong proficiency and experience in using data-driven analysis to identify insights and solve problems at scale
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. Pivot tables, vlookup’s, macros), and experience with Google Analytics
• Experience with third party PPC bidding platforms highly regarded
• Google Ads Scripts and Search Ads 360 experience (Business Data, Templates, Inventory Management) is a plus
• Highly motivated, action-oriented, with strong ownership, responsibility, and outcomes focus
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do the work required to achieve outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives.
• Strong Commercial acumen

Role Location

At Pet Circle we believe that collaboration and team connection is key for success. This role will be based in Sydney with a blended working arrangement of up to 4 days per week in our pet friendly offices and the remainder working from home (or the office, if you prefer!) Our working arrangements and your required office day are subject to change in line with business requirements.
