Develop and implement strategies for advancing medical innovation and improving patient outcomes in the field of Oncology using AI technology. Lead and manage a team of experts in the field of Oncology and AI, ensuring collaboration and alignment towards common goals. Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and collaborations with external organizations to leverage their expertise in AI and Oncology. Provide expert medical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure alignment with AI innovation strategies. Stay informed and up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in AI technology and Oncology, and incorporate them into Pfizer's innovation plans. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute clinical trials and studies to gather data and evidence to support AI innovation in Oncology. Serve as a key spokesperson for Pfizer's AI innovation efforts in Oncology, representing the company at conferences, meetings, and other external events. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and medical experts in the field of Oncology and AI. Develop and manage a budget for AI innovation projects and initiatives within the Oncology Medical Affairs department. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those related to patient data privacy and ethical considerations in AI technology. Actively participate in the development and review of publications and presentations related to Pfizer's AI innovation in Oncology. Collaborate with global Pfizer teams to share best practices and learnings related to AI innovation in Oncology. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.
