Job TitleProcurement Project ManagerJob DescriptionAs the Integrated Planning Project Manager, you are the point of contact for the designated supply chain projects and overseeing the tactical day-to-day operations, in collaboration with purchasing to maintain project schedules.Your role:• Balancing short-term and long-term objectives regarding supply chain deliverables, to support the New Product Introduction (NPI) or Mergers & Acquisition development schedule, cost, quality, and delivery.• Managing all raw material demand and forecasting inputs from development through initial commercially launched finished goods units, available at a Philips distribution center.• Developing supply chain plans for products and any other required documentation for the Product Development life cycle. These plans should account for both bill of material (BOM) and non-BOM materials required for manufacturing.• Monitoring and managing the scope of purchasing activities for new products, while interfacing with NPI buyers, suppliers, and the central purchasing team to ensure on-time delivery.• Ensuring smooth handover of purchasing activities from NPI to mass production.You're the right fit if:• You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in Project Management and tactical/strategic material and commodity management/sourcing.• Your skills include a strong understanding of MS Project, SAP and the Supply Chain function.• You have a bachelor’s degree in a Supply Chain or Engineering discipline.• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.• You’re an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and have the ability to be a strong collaborator across multiple functions. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
