Job TitleSales, Account Manager- EMS (California)Job DescriptionBe a part of the Philips EMS team. The Emergency Care & Resuscitation (ECR) offers a full range of cardiac resuscitation devices and complimentary products - from easy-to-use Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) used in the home and throughout communities, to advanced multifunction monitor/defibrillators used for Advanced Life Support (ALS) applications for EMS/Fire and healthcare professionals. This team supports defibrillation products and their users with solutions, accessories and programs enabling a broad group of care-providers to save a life anywhere at any time.Your role:• Manage Fire/EMS and private ambulance accounts in an assigned geographic area to achieve long-term sales success• Act as the primary point of contact and promptly resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers• Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets• Design and implement innovative ideas with real-life examples that have led to increased sales and improved customer experience• Partner with distributors to deliver sales targets and cooperatively manage customer relationshipsYou're the right fit if:• Bachelors Degree with 5+ years healthcare experience as a sales account manager or pre-hospital care provider• The ability to work off-shift hours and travel up to 75%• Strong business acumen with a problem-solving attitude, adept at building consensus and working in a team environment• Experience with multi-level selling, negotiation, relationship building• Familiarity with Salesforce.com (CRM)• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $136,000 to $192,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
