Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $50,000.00 and $95,000.00 annually. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.

  • Strong mechanical, electrical and electronic skills
  • Experience in setup and operation of machine tools, Haas experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel both locally and nationally, 50-80% of the time
  • Ability to deliver technical training to small groups, including at the machine training.
  • Additive or welding experience is helpful but not required.
  • Desire to be part of a small group of exceptional people focused on changing the way that manufacturing takes place.

  • Due to the requirements of our customers and the nature of this position, candidates must be either a United States citizen or current Permanent Legal Resident
