For a brief 1 minute video about us, you can check https://youtu.be/uJWBWQZEA6o.Skills required : Java, React, KafkaResponsibilities:• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.• Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using React, Spring boot, and SQL.• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.• Strong experience with React, Spring boot, and SQL.• Experience with other front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Passion for building high-quality software solutions.
