This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the integrity, consistency, and reliability of data across a complex, multi-system environment. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of data flows, reconciliation processes, and automation strategies to support a data-driven organization.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end data quality and reconciliation solutions across multiple systems.• Work with system architects and team leads to understand data formats, connectivity, and workflow requirements.• Collaborate closely with the reconciliation development team to implement automated monitoring and alerting mechanisms.• Translate high-level system flows into detailed, actionable data specifications and reconciliation metrics.• Analyze existing processes and provide solutions to optimize data reconciliation across various data sources and systems.• Ensure data quality by identifying discrepancies, creating rules to address anomalies, and providing strategies for remediation.• Support the implementation of automation tools that enhance data reconciliation, reduce manual efforts, and improve efficiency.• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure reconciliation performance and ensure data integrity.• Liaise between business and technical teams to communicate reconciliation needs, progress, and results.Required Skills and Experience:• Extensive experience in data quality and reconciliation, with a focus on workflows and multi-system environments.• Proven ability to design and implement data reconciliation processes that cover complex, cross-system data flows.• Strong understanding of data formats, connectivity protocols, and reconciliation metrics.• Experience in automation tools supporting data quality and reconciliation (not limited to ETL tools).• Ability to deep-dive into technical details while maintaining a high-level overview of system architecture.• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different teams and functions.• Experience in developing monitoring and alerting systems for reconciliation processes.• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
