We are seeking a Patient Services Representative for our Call Center in Lawrence, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient registration, scheduling, and triaging clinical calls for various practices.

  • Meets department productivity standards
  • Understands billing information to assist providers
  • Enters referral information
  • Files and pulls medical charts

Education
