Patient Services Representative / Call Center

We are seeking a Patient Services Representative for our Call Center in Lawrence, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient registration, scheduling, and triaging clinical calls for various practices.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and register them as appropriate
Triages and routes clinical calls
Assists patients with necessary paperwork
Maintains work area and lobby in an orderly manner
Escalates questions/issues to appropriate resources
Meets department productivity standards
Understands billing information to assist providers
Enters referral information
Files and pulls medical charts

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
