We are seeking a goal-driven, high energy sales professional for our market covering the areas of Lithonia, Evans, Conyers, Covington, McDonough, Stockbridge, Jonesboro and College Park!Healthcare sales experience preferred, but not mandatory.The Business Development Manager must be self directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region. Throughout the country we operate primarily as Select Physical Therapy, NovaCare Rehabilitation, Kessler Rehabilitation Center, KORT, Saco Bay Physical Therapy, Concentra, SSM Physical Therapy and Physio . Our highly respected clinical team provides preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote well-being. We develop individualized treatment plans to help achieve each patient's specific goals. Our integrated local market network allows us to effectively partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes in a cost-effective manner. We also provide physical therapy and athletic training services to professional sports teams, colleges, universities and high schools.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop referral opportunities with our customers such as physicians, hospital systems, case managers, and other healthcare providers.Educate physicians, healthcare providers and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services.Regular Participation in Community Outreach Events.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customersProactively identify and pursue new business opportunitiesUtilize sales technology as an essential strategy to set direction and improve resultsQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:B.S. /B.A. in business administration, marketing or related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience requiredExcellent communications, relationship building and organizational skills a MUSTMust be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet functions and applications.Preferred Qualifications:2 Years of Sales Experience or Business Development ExperiencePrior Health Care Sales experienceAdditional DataSelect Medical is committed to having a workforce that reflects diversity at all levels and is an equal-opportunity employer.
