Senior Claims EDI Specialist
Pie Insurance empowers small businesses with affordable commercial insurance, seeking a Senior Claims EDI Specialist to enhance EDI communication and compliance.
Skills
- Knowledge of workers' compensation claims
- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange
- Understanding of EDI tables and implementation guides
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily EDI rejection and error reports
- Reconcile EDI error reports across jurisdictions
- Collaborate with Enterprise Technology and EDI vendors
- Ensure compliance with data reporting requirements
- Collect, organize, and analyze workers' compensation data
- Monitor EDI compliance areas and report issues
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Provide training and support to users
- Maintain relationships with claims adjudicate teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
