What You’ll Do:
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will direct the marketing strategies, development & execution across Pigment’s vast network of consulting, tech & channel partners. A strong collaborator, you’ll work with our partners to promote Pigment’s business planning platform via joint content, digital campaigns & events and demonstrating success through performance tracking & data.
Additional Responsibilities:- Build and actively promote our global partner marketing program by identifying potential partners to maximize revenue through joint relationships.
- Oversee planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partner marketing campaigns to drive demand generation.
- Define and manage Pigment’s marketing development fund to enhance partner-led initiatives and monitor the success of those investments.
- Collaborate with the Partner Sales and Marketing teams to design partner materials such as Campaigns in a box, presentations, emails, brochures, case studies, etc.
- Establish effective communication frameworks with partner resources, keeping them informed of promotions, product updates, and use cases.
- Recommend solutions to develop joint marketing plans and track attribution and ROI.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience working in a partner marketing role within Tech, Financial Services, Media or Management Consulting industries.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master’s degree, advanced degree or other practical experience
- Experience in a scale-up or growth environment, with the ability to evangelize Pigment's solution and identify the right partner profiles for strategic collaboration
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and make informed decisions around business strategy through the use of data & marketing analytics.
