The Physician Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the physician recruitment team, social media and marketing efforts of the organization to maintain a positive image of the department and drive physician and advanced practice candidate interest. Works with marketing department, digital media marketing manager and others to assist in the creation and implementation of social media, traditional media, marketing, publications and external communications initiatives to promote opportunities for residents, physicians and APPs at PIH Health. Coordinates event registration, job fair travel, marketing materials purchases and other items needed for job fair events. Will write and produce collateral, including social media posts, newsletter articles, email campaigns, and more.
