ENGINEERING LEAD

Summary:

We are in search of a product-focused Engineering Lead with a proven track record in web and mobile application development and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who excels in a dynamic environment and is capable of driving our engineering team towards delivering innovative products.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Direct and participate in the development of web and mobile applications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet market needs.
2. Oversee the infrastructure that supports product scalability and reliability, managing the technical challenges associated with a growing user base.
3. Lead by example with a hands-on approach to software development, maintaining a deep involvement in coding and system architecture.
4. Exhibit versatility in tackling various engineering disciplines and a willingness to explore new technological territories, including machine learning, to enhance product intelligence and capabilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product engineering, with a focus on web and mobile application development and infrastructure oversight.
• Demonstrated ability in building, deploying, and maintaining scalable, high-availability systems.
• Proficiency in a range of programming languages and frameworks, and a thorough understanding of both front-end and back-end development practices.
• Experience with machine learning is an asset, adding value to the role through potential implementation in product features.
• A dynamic individual with a startup mindset, ready to both lead and execute in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a capability to lead complex technical initiatives and inspire a team of engineers.
