Network Support Engineer

Pilot is a modern connectivity company based in New York City, delivering fiber-optic internet and network services. They are looking for a Network Support Engineer who can troubleshoot network issues and provide exceptional customer support.

Skills

Knowledge of IP routing protocols
Experience with DHCP servers
Experience with monitoring systems
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot networking and connectivity problems.
Respond to customer support escalations.
Communicate directly with customers.
Provision connectivity services.
Serve as a point of escalation for complex network issues.
Collaborate with other teams for issue resolution.
Investigate network outages and communicate with customers.
Perform on-site customer visits.
Maintain documentation for processes and protocols.
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
