Sr. Customer Success Manager

Pilot provides small businesses with dedicated finance experts who manage bookkeeping and financial services. The Sr. Customer Success Manager will ensure smooth customer renewals and oversee the customer lifecycle.

  • Support financial and strategic analyses

Education

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
