About the Role
As a Revenue Operations Intern, you will get unprecedented visibility into the day-to-day operations of Pinecone, an AI software company amid hyper growth, as well as our Revenue Operations team helping to power that growth. This position is designed for an individual who is eager to gain hands-on experience in revenue strategy, data analysis, sales operations, and customer engagement. Throughout the internship, you’ll support each of our RevOps pillars, Strategy & Operations, Systems & Technology, and Enablement, as well as work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our entire Go to Go-to-Market organization.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the analysis of sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support the implementation of revenue optimization strategies and initiatives.
Contribute to the maintenance and management of CRM systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Participate in the development and refinement of sales processes, policies, and guidelines.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to streamline lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
Aid in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
Engage in special projects and initiatives as directed by the Revenue Operations Manager or team leads.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and sales enablement.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field and entering your final year.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to commute to the Midtown office
