  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to navigate technical challenges
  • Experience in service management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer success metrics
  • Build relationships and advocate for customers
  • Identify and resolve challenges to drive innovation
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer results
  • Build and maintain successful customer and partner relationships
  • Own service maintenance contract relationships
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams effectively
