At Ping Identity, we're changing the way people and businesses think about cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management.As a Technology Partner Success Manager you will vet new Technology Partners and onboard them into the Ping Identity Technology Partner Program. You will manage and expand existing technology partnerships, working towards the Ping strategy of expanding our market footprint. Reporting to the Director of Technology Alliances, we are looking for a partnership professional that is passionate about delivering the best partner experience. The right candidate is able to build long-lasting relationships and thrives in a rapidly changing environment.Job Responsibilities:• You will lead the vetting, onboarding and management of prospective partners in to the Ping Technology Partner Network• You will provide partners with the resources to develop and deliver joint integrated solutions• You will be measured on the success our partners have in this growing and emerging partner ecosystem• You will work with cross-functional teams to drive critical go-to-market activities• You will assist the technology partner team with program direction and administrationEssential Qualifications:• 4+ years field customer or partner success experience in the SaaS industry• 2+ years field customer or partner success experience in the IT security or infrastructure sector• Project or event management experience preferred, but not required• Product and technical experience preferred, but not required• Skills required include: prospecting skills, business planning, go-to-market strategy, problem resolution, excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and leaders• Location near Ping Identity offices preferred - Denver, CO | Austin, TX | Remote eligibleSalary Range: $80,000-90,000Life at Ping:We believe in and facilitate a flexible, collaborative work environment.
