Description: PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphics Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Specialist, you will lead our creative team and drive the development of visual assets across various marketing and branding initiatives. The Graphics Manager will oversee all aspects of graphic design, from concept development to execution, ensuring that all designs are visually compelling, on-brand, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Required Clearance: Secret
Required Education: HSD or GED
Required Experience: Four+ (4+) years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
· Manage-plan-oversee graphics support; Design for print-digital media, infographics, logos, large format displays.
· Design, layout, reproduction of text, image, illustrations. Create-manage digital signage content, oversee playlist displays. Design-curate manage digital wall content.
· Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
· Define and drive the overall creative vision and design strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, market trends, and audience preferences.
· Oversee the creation of a wide range of visual assets, including print and digital materials, branding elements, marketing collateral, presentations, and multimedia content.
Requirements:
· Review and approve design concepts, layouts, and final artwork to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
· Provide hands-on design support as needed, contributing to key projects and initiatives while maintaining a high level of creativity and craftsmanship.4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful visual solutions across a variety of mediums and platforms.
· Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including branding, marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and print materials.
· Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategy to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications: Assoc or Art degree preferred (not required)
