Internal Provider Relations Specialist

Pinnacol Assurance provides caring workers' compensation protection to Colorado employers and employees. We're looking for an Internal Provider Relations Specialist to enhance provider interaction and support our provider healthcare network.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
Resolve provider issues in a timely manner
Document all provider interactions in CRM
Manage provider demographic information changes
Support vendor contracting functions

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
