As a result of our steady growth plans, we are looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to join our Sales team! You will play a key role within the wider Sales function, whilst also supporting and working with brand new, high-value enterprise partnerships. You’ll be part of a business which works with some of the world’s biggest brands, including TopShop, Lego, Asos, GymShark and Google … to name a few!

Key Responsibilities

  • Repping media agencies to win strategic client briefs
  • Sales cycle management - working with clients again and again through the sales cycle, multi-threading, both internally and externally to land significant deals. 
  • Pipeline Management - maintaining an up-to-date pipeline with weekly forecasting.
  • Pipeline building and proposals - Build out a book of business to realise 30%+ book of business annual growth and consistent 6 figure+ deals, and build out proposal decks to meet the clients needs
  • Relationship Management - opening up new and C-suite decision makers, wider decision makers to include brand partnerships, media agencies, attending events, regular client meetings and client entertainment
  • Large sized accounts - think household names coming from any vertical
  • X-Departmental collaboration - building out proposals across brand partnerships, ecommerce, research to drive significant incremental revenue

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

    • Experience with  best in class sales tool stack  such as Linkedin, Gong, Groove (or equivalents)
    • 5+ years experience in selling full funnel partnerships
    • Understanding of digital marketing environment and working across both sales direct to brands and agencies
    • Solid understanding of end-to-end sales process
    • Closing extensive and complex procurement processes experience  (such as dealing with buying committees with multiple senior stakeholders including Legal, Procurement teams etc).
    • Strong deck preparation
    • Data competency and analytical skills to identify opportunities and  drive deal optimisation 
    • Strong sales competencies to (internal and - close rates, deal cycle time, conversion rates. External data points - brand performance, overcoming objections etc)
