LATAM ERP Solution Consultant, Implementation
Pipe17, a venture funded software startup, is seeking a LATAM ERP Solution Consultant for Implementation. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, self-driven, and experienced in the ecommerce space.
Skills
- Onboarding background with ERP systems like NetSuite or Acumatica
- Experience in configuring SaaS products and integrations with cloud systems
- Solid project management and customer management skills
- Experience with Order to cash flow processes and integrations with NetSuite
Responsibilities
- Own the customer journey from pre to post-sale, including onboarding and technical support
- Lead multiple projects during the implementation phase and provide expert solution design
- Configure Pipe17 products based on customer requirements and offer troubleshooting assistance
- Coach and educate customers to improve adoption of Pipe17
