LATAM ERP Solution Consultant, Implementation

Pipe17, a venture funded software startup, is seeking a LATAM ERP Solution Consultant for Implementation. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, self-driven, and experienced in the ecommerce space.

Skills

Onboarding background with ERP systems like NetSuite or Acumatica
Experience in configuring SaaS products and integrations with cloud systems
Solid project management and customer management skills
Experience with Order to cash flow processes and integrations with NetSuite

Responsibilities

Own the customer journey from pre to post-sale, including onboarding and technical support
Lead multiple projects during the implementation phase and provide expert solution design
Configure Pipe17 products based on customer requirements and offer troubleshooting assistance
Coach and educate customers to improve adoption of Pipe17
