Targa is looking for a qualified individual who can coordinate the Operator Qualification (OQ) program for Targa gas and hazardous liquid pipeline operations as well as contractors. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining Targa employee OQ database, assisting with contractor OQ issues, provide audit support, work with third party vendors and provide training.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Ability to communicate with many different departments and third party vendors (Operations, Engineering, Construction, Compliance, EHS, etc.)
- Must have strong understanding of 49 CFR 192 and 49 CFR 195 OQ requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
