Quality Assurance Specialist

Piper Companies is currently looking seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to work for an innovative and growing Biotechnology company in Everett, PA.Responsibilities For The Quality Assurance Specialist• Supports change control process, CAPA system, deviation process, nonconforming material process, customer complaints, etc.• Ensure batch records are reviewed effectively before materials release, ensuring accuracy• Executes root cause analysis and establishes in-depth corrective and preventive action• Participates in internal audits and inspections including planning for audits along with execution• Support SOP writing and revision as neededQualifications For The Quality Assurance Specialist• 3+ years of experience supporting Quality Assurance in a similar capacity• Prior experience supporting Deviation process, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA implementation is preferred• Strong attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate and organized records• Bachelor of Science in related field is preferredCompensation For The Quality Assurance Specialist• Pay Rate: $60,000-$80,000 annually• Full Time Permanent• Comprehensive benefits packageKeywords: Quality Assurance, QA, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, Change Control, SOP Revision, Batch Record, Batch Release, GMP, GLP
