Hybrid Web/UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a multi-talented designer who can bridge the gap between visual web design and user experience. As a Hybrid Web/UI/UX Designer, you’ll work across various projects to create visually compelling and user-centered websites. This role requires both aesthetic sensibility and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Design: Create and implement website layouts, graphics, color schemes, and typography to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
• User Interface Design: Develop intuitive, responsive UI components that make interactions simple and engaging.
• User Experience: Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into improved site functionality and user flows.
• Concept Development: Work collaboratively to develop strong, innovative concepts that align with business objectives and brand identity.
• Prototyping: Build wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that illustrate design concepts and user journeys.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design objectives with project goals.

• 7+ years of experience in web design, UI/UX design, or a hybrid role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both aesthetic and user-centered design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to balance visual appeal and usability.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.
