As we build, our small but mighty team is looking for a software engineer who is passionate about helping others, skilled in software development, and who loves to build so can grow well and help make us into the next multi-billion dollar company.
Role Description:
In this role you will have the opportunity to develop software for all parts of our community. This role is ideal for a full-stack engineer who loves creating and who enjoys making highly performant systems. AI/ML would be nice to have but not required.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Typescript
- Strong backend engineering skills
- Experience with system design and architecture
- Experience with generative AI technologies and frameworks
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience with deep learning models and frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the recruitment industry or HR technology is a plus
