The GTM Operations & Strategy team partners with our go-to-market team (Sales, AM, Marketing, Prof Services, Support) on initiatives to drive revenue. The Foundations Team works specifically on high leverage initiatives to improve the data, systems, and processes underlying our go-to-market strategy.


As an Associate on the GTM Foundations Team, you’ll work closely with GTM Stakeholders, as well as Business Intelligence and Business Systems, to build and continuously improve on foundational go-to-market processes. 



Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Analytics (BI) and GTM Systems teams to build out Plaid’s foundational GTM data strategy and sales process.
  • Create and maintaining dashboards and reporting of GTM metrics to Revenue leaders and broader org
  • Ship updates to Salesforce and other GTM systems to improve sales processes and/or data quality (including managing UAT and enablement efforts)
  • Manage and improve centralized Revenue processes like Forecasting and Territories
  • Work with GTM Stakeholders and other GTM Ops team members to continuously identify and bridge gaps in data, systems, and processes to accelerate revenue


Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Operations or Analytics at a tech company or startup
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
  • SQL knowledge (or a willingness to learn); experience using BI tools like Mode, Tableau, Looker, etc. is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or another CRM); experience with sales platforms like Gong, Clari, etc. is a plus
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Ability to take initiative and navigate through ambiguity; ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans
  • Continuous improvement mindset; ability to seek out and implement internal or external best practices


$110,900 - $150,100 a year
Target base salary for this role is between $110,900 and $150,100 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
