Collaborates closely with the media agency to develop, review, and execute campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and objectives. Monitors campaign performance to identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance and develop targeted initiatives to increase membership.Essential Job Functions:• Partners with media agency to develop, review, and execute all hyperlocal media campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and objectives.• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for local campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to drive membership joins and maximize ROI• Coordinate with operations teams to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing initiatives.• Coordinate with operations teams to identify needs and opportunities for hyperlocal creative and custom club or regional level campaigns through media agency.• Generates marketing reports to analyze campaign effectiveness and inform key leaders of membership joins trending and marketing ROI• Communicate marketing plans, strategies, and results to key stakeholders within the organization.• Provide strategic direction and customized support for local marketing efforts, including the development and ongoing optimization of local marketing tools.• Manage email marketing platform and coordinate with marketing team on email content and strategy.• Plan and execute all new club presale events and new club media presence.• Understand and analyze the competitive marketplace and develop competitor blunting tactics• Provide club operations with standardized promotional and campaign displays, signage, and collateral.• Execute events associated with corporate sponsorships to capitalize on earned media coverage• Assist marketing department with influencer marketing strategy and execution of campaigns.QualificationsRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (required)• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing related role (required)• Prior experience working for a media agency (required)• Prior marketing experience in membership/subscription based business model (preferred)• Prior experience with development and execution of ROI driven advertising campaigns• Prior experience managing email marketing platform preferred• Strong decision-making with the ability to work independently or as a group• Strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
