The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Service Module, including case management, omnichannel communication, and knowledge management. This role requires proficiency in using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI for advanced analytics and visualizations.
