We are looking for a Custodian/Cleaner to join our team! As a Custodian/Cleaner at our company, you will be responsible for taking care of our facilities, and you will carry out various cleaning and minor maintenance duties. Your main goal will be to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

• Clean and supply all facility areas
• Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, trash removal, etc.
• Collect and dispose of exterior/parking lot trash/debris to maintain exterior appearance
• Perform and track routine inspections
• Perform and track maintenance activities
• Notify management in case there is a need for repair and interventions
• Make adjustments and perform minor repairs
• Order, stock and maintain supply rooms, bathrooms and service needs areas
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Respond to facility cleanups or troubleshooting outside of normal work hours if needed
• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Proven working experience as a cleaner, preferably within a health care setting
• Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Good knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and good interpersonal skills
• High school degree

• Hourly compensation range: Starting at $15.00 hour.
