POSITION SUMMARY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Internship will provide valuable exposure to the sales and marketing processes, allowing interns to develop skills in communication, research, relationship building, and sales techniques.

  • Lead generation: Assisting in generating leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, or social media prospecting.
  • Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential clients or customers for the company's products or services.
  • Sales support: Providing support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, creating presentations, and organizing sales data.
  • Customer communication: Assisting in maintaining relationships with existing clients or customers, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Sales presentations: Assisting in preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients or customers.
  • Event coordination: Assisting in planning and organizing marketing events, such as product launches events at restaurants and at your school.
  • Market research: Conducting research on target markets, competitors, and industry trends to gather insights that can inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams: Working closely with the teams to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to sales strategies, and support ongoing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Junior or Senior in college
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Essential for interacting and networking with potential clients, customers, and team members
  • Confidence and persuasiveness: Confidently present ideas and products, and the persuasion skills to influence potential clients or customers
  • Sales and negotiation skills: Demonstrating the ability to persuade and negotiate with customers to secure events, sales, and partnerships
  • Goal-oriented and driven: Demonstrating self-motivation, and a desire to achieve objectives
  • Demonstrate highest level of personal ethics and integrity
  • Team player: collaborative and able to work with others

ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS

  • The positions will be hybrid as there will be a WeWork in each city to have occasional meetings and to manage sample inventory, freezers, etc
  • Duration of the internship: 6 months with an opportunity to renew based on performance.
