Your role.Your work will include, but not be limited to:• Leading and executing cybersecurity assessments and consulting engagements for clients in a variety of industries; in support of business and regulatory requirements. Experience in public sector is preferred but not required.• Collaborate with clients to improve their technology to meet cybersecurity requirements and frameworks such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, FERPA, GLBA, NIST, CIS CSC, etc.• Assist in developing new tools that enhance the efficiency of completing consulting and assessment activities.• Manage multiple assignments as part of a dedicated team of cybersecurity consultants.• Train less experienced team members on cybersecurity assessment and consulting concepts through formal training and on-job training.• Interact directly with client personnel in the performance of our work.• Assist in preparing proposals and engage in client expansion.• Engage in training to further your career development.The Qualifications.• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Accounting, or similar discipline required.• 2-5 years' experience performing cybersecurity assessments, compliance reviews, testing of controls, etc.• Current certificate or commitment to obtain preferred certifications within 2 years. Preferred certifications include CISA, CIA or CISSP• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools is a plus.• Proven experience in a professional services or client-facing role.• Proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.• Flexible schedule required to be responsive to client requests within total and billable hours goals.• Concise professional writing skills to summarize key take aways and project challenges/deficiencies to project stakeholders.• Superior attention to detail and conscientious quality of work product• Frequent travel is required with this position, with approximately 25% overnight travelOur difference.On the surface, we’re one of the nation’s largest audit, tax, consulting, and wealth management firms.
