Your role.Your work will include, but not be limited to:• Participate in cybersecurity assessments for companies in a variety of industries using commonly implemented frameworks (HIPAA, SOC, HITRUST, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.), which evaluate the strength of business process controls and information technology general controls• Develop working relationships with client executives and project managers in the performance of our work• Manage teams of staff on multiple projects that focus in the technology, financial services, and healthcare industries, with small to medium size companies• Collaborate with other managers in our Cybersecurity practice regarding client management activities, networking activities, leadership activities, and staff development activities• Engage in practice development activities with prospective clients and other networking activities• Assist the firm in developing new tools and services related to emerging trends in data privacy and governance• Engage in training and self-study to further your career development• Lead training of staff on the job and in internally developed training activitiesThe Qualifications.• Bachelor’s Degree required• 5-7 years' experience performing and supervising IT Audits, Technology Risk Assessments, or IT internal control risk evaluation and reporting• IT certifications are preferred; CISA, CPA, CISSP, CRISC, CCSFP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor• Supervising staff and providing written and verbal performance feedback• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Outstanding time management and organization skills• Superior attention to detail and conscientious quality of work product• Professional demeanor with superior verbal and written communication skills• Ability to travel overnight for client work and firm events up to 20%Our difference.On the surface, we’re one of the nation’s largest audit, tax, consulting, and wealth management firms.
