As a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic at Plastipak, your primary responsibilities include performing maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operations, executing and improving preventative maintenance procedures, participating in changeovers, and assuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. To qualify as a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic at Plastipak, you’ll need a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, along with at least one year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in interpreting technical documents and blueprints is essential, and welding and fabrication experience is strongly preferred. Additionally, being able to provide your own tools will be advantageous.
