You've come to the right place!YOUR MISSIONS:• Team Leadership: Actively participate in the recruitment process by interviewing and onboarding new BDR team members. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of BDR in the US office to surpass their goals. Drive the development and execution of outbound prospecting initiatives.• Performance Management: Monitor, evaluate, and report on individual and team performance against KPIs. Provide regular feedback and collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine the sales process.• Lead Generation: Oversee and contribute to the identification and qualification of new business opportunities. Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with outbound prospecting efforts. Represent the company at relevant industry events to build brand awareness and generate new business leads.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our Paris HQ to make sure best practices are shared (marketing, sales, and customer success teams).
