BI Lead

We’re looking for a BI Lead to drive our data initiatives and help teams make smarter, data-driven decisions. In this role, you’ll manage data pipelines, provide insights, and work closely with teams to ensure our BI tools and solutions deliver real impact. This is a hands-on position where you’ll lead by doing while helping others grow their BI skills.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and tools like ClickHouse and Redash.

• Problem-solving skills to fix data challenges and deliver reliable solutions.

• Experience building dashboards and reports that drive action.

• Great communication and collaboration skills to work with different teams.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on what matters most.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with gaming or iGaming industry data.
