CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

We are looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed, and proven CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to launch and drive a new product in the exciting and emerging sweeps category of casino games. This hands-on role will focus on multiple channels including in-game, email, and web push, bringing customers through the full funnel, from acquisition to loyalty, retention, and monetization. This role reports to the Head of Retention Operations.This role will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies and campaigns that increase lifetime value for customers, driving retention and engagement. This position requires a balance of marketing strategy, operations, analytic thinking, and people management skills to succeed. You must have a strong understanding of customer behavior and the ability to leverage marketing automation tools to create personalized experiences at scale.This is a growing and dynamic channel for us! You will have an immediate impact on the success of our business.This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class team and bring our exciting games and one-of-a-kind loyalty proposition to even more fans worldwide.Duties And Responsibilities• Develop and implement lifecycle programs that will be targeted based on a customer’s past purchases, activity, and behavior to engage and retain them in our games and loyalty program• Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey.• Manage daily workflow on creating and deploying all CRM campaigns, including promotional campaigns and triggered messages.• Help build CRM strategies to drive increased engagement across customer segments• Focus on quantitative analysis and analytics: Dashboards, Reporting, & Insights. Report on the success of campaigns and use that data to drive actionable decisions to grow the business.• Have experience with A/B testing and always looking for your next opportunity to drive marketing results.• Maintain knowledge of email marketing trends, best practices, technologies, and consumer privacy laws.• Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure we are aligned on business needs and upcoming improvements to help design and execute campaigns.• Creating and developing a SMS lifecycle program for our loyalty rewards platformRequirements• 5+ years experience in developing CRM campaigns and implementing marketing programs and processes• BS Degree in Marketing or related field• Excellent analytical skills and a data driven mindset• Experience with CRM tools around campaign management, email, push notifications, SMS, and in app messaging experience; specific experience with Braze or INSERT TOOL NAME is a major plus.• Experience with HTML and CSS for email design.• Extremely strong written and communicative skills• Basic knowledge of and experience with database and business intelligence tool sets• Ability to oversee multiple work streams simultaneously and equally comfortable delegating or owning tasks, no matter how big or small.• Collaborative and can communicate your ideas and program results clearly & effectively to all levels of the organizationBenefits And Perks• 100% health benefit premiums for you and your dependents• 401K match and stock options• Flexible vacation policy• Employee-driven entertainment, happy hours, and team-building events• Snacks and drinks are available in the kitchen• Casual work environmentAbout PLAYSTUDIOSPLAYSTUDIOS is the developer and operator of award-winni ng free-to-play casual games for mobile and social platforms.
