Since Playtech's inception in 1999, our approach has been centered on continual development.PT Services (Delaware) LLC represents Playtech Live product, and our studios contain hundreds of state-of-the-art cameras, broadcasting in premium HD quality, offering the fastest streaming and highest up-time in the market.More than 1,830 talented professionals are part of Playtech Live from different countries all over the world and you have an opportunity to join our international team in Michigan!Visit our website to learn more about our company.Job Description• Adhere to Michigan Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services Delaware regulations and departmental policies and procedures.• Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game leading procedures.• Adhere to gaming studios rules and any other rules that management may be introduced at any time.• Conduct games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions, monitoring and following the given table schedule, following instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.• Provide players with timely, accurate and professional assistance on game related and general questions and communicate with players according to chat policy.• Immediately report to the Pit-boss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems and / or unusual activities in gaming studios and other company’s premises caused by other employees or other causes.• Attend educational events, briefings, sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.• Participate in company promotions thought marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.• Keep a professional demeanour towards players.• Maintain a professional and clear communication with management and peers.• Keep confidential information within company’s authorized individuals.• Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.Qualifications• High School Diploma / GED• Must be 21 years of age or older• Basic computer skills- MS Office, electronic mail, etc.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Must be able to obtain a MI Casino Employee Registration license through the MGCB.• Precisely and clearly explain game related questions.• Woking on different assignments simultaneously.• Refined manner of speech, professional appearance, and posture.• Must be able to wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards• Punctuality and attention to detail.Additional InformationPlaytech is an equal opportunity employer.
