We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive a 100% year-on-year increase in Marketing-sourced revenue. You’ll optimize our current strategy, improve lead quality, and implement new customer acquisition tactics, including viral growth. Key to this role is enhancing qualification measures to ensure Sales sees marketing leads as high-value prospects. You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders to update our Marketing Automation and CRM systems as we grow. This role has the potential to evolve into a broader marketing leadership position, overseeing demand generation and product-driven growth.
The role is open to either Melbourne or Sydney.
The Role
- Optimise SEO, CRO, SEM (and other digital channels) to triple Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) in 12 months, while reducing Cost Per Lead
- Optimise our lead nurturing strategy to improve the volume and quality of the leads we send to sales, delivering a 30% improvement in Lead/MQL conversion rate in 12 months
- Build demographic scoring into our marketing automation infrastructure to run in parallel with our existing behavioural scoring
- Own marketing reporting and analytics, and implement improved attribution infrastructure to provide a complete picture of every buying journey in a way that’s flexible and automated
- Improve and manage our lead hand-off process, empowering SDRs with comprehensive lead insights, delivering a 20% improvement in MQL/SQL conversion rate in 12 months
- Improve our online acquisition and conversion funnel for Promotion Wizard, delivering 30% of all Promotion Wizard revenue via self-registrations in 12 months
Your Background
We are hiring for experience and capability. You will have built, implemented and successfully executed enterprise growth marketing strategies before, likely in businesses slightly larger than ours. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of best practice and will be able to take what we’ve already built and make it great.
This role spans strategy and implementation, so you’ll need to be equally comfortable on the tools as you are contributing to strategic planning with senior executives. You will also have a demonstrated history of working cross-functionally with SDRs and a broader Sales organisation.
