Sr. Product Owner
Plexus Worldwide is hiring a Sr. Product Owner with experience in digital products and agile methodologies to drive product strategy and development.
Skills
- Agile Framework (Scrum, KanBan)
- Problem-solving and creative thinking
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with SDLC and frontend technologies
- Understanding of web accessibility and UI/UX design practices
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company vision
- Collect and analyze feedback to shape features and products
- Ensure timely and correct product launches
- Make creative recommendations and track product impact
- Maintain and manage a healthy backlog, prioritize work items
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature development and enhancement
- Oversee development stages, ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation processes
Education
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
