ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’ve recently expanded our product offering to the hospitality industry and are searching for an ambitious, results-oriented and target-driven sales team member to grow our partner community in the U.S. hospitality market. 


We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a hunter and growth mentality with strong personal and professional relationships within the hospitality industry. This role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to support Plusgrade goals.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking in the U.S. market

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects 

• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients

• Negotiate and close sales deals 

• Meet and exceed sales targets 

• Attend industry events to promote company products and services

• Actively managed end-to-end sales pipelines 


YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the hospitality market 

• 3-5 years proved sales experience selling technology solutions to the hospitality industry

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and networking skills

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize efficiently 

• Technologically savvy, able to quickly understand our solutions, our value proposition, our product and development roadmaps

• Experience with CRM software and other sales tools

• Ability to travel as needed
