About the role:
We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager with a strong foundation in project management, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for working with both clients and patients. This role requires someone who can effectively manage the end-to-end implementation process while maintaining clear communication and a focus on client and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience with both product and service offerings, enabling them to understand and navigate the technical implications for clients and patients. A successful Implementation Project Manager will excel at balancing technical complexity with empathy, ensuring seamless project delivery and fostering positive relationships throughout the process.
What you’ll do:
We are a startup so directives may shift at any moment. However, some primary responsibilities we envision include:
Oversee technical support including use of zendesk solution
Implementation project management skills requires the individual to work with clients and internal stakeholders on product deployment to support their overall business in alignment with Pluto Health key SOPs and processes
Metrics refinement and delivery across multitude of clients
Process excellence and development to support continuous improvements as we grow.
What you’ll need:
Strong communication skills with clients and/or patients
Experience helping clients with implementing technology solutions
Problem solving skills to support strong customer relationships and support internal stakeholders
Exposure to ticketing solutions, such as Zendesk
Willingness to be flexible to support many other activities which may be required as part of joining as start up team
Self-starter – jump on teams and/or activities rather than wait for detailed direction
