PMO Analyst

Aevi are looking for a PMO Analyst to join the growing team based in Prague. The PMO defines and maintains standards for project management within the organisation. The PMO Analyst will strive to standardise and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects.

The PMO is the source of documentation guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution. The PMO Analyst will work closely with the PPM team and wider Professional Services function to ensure synchronisation between project/programme management activities and ensure these align at the wider company holistic level, to help drive informed decision making, improve quality and professional standards.

What you'll be doing: PMO Analyst

    • Project level status reporting
    • Project Risk and Issues management
    • Support and review project planning activity
    • Enhance and extend the project management processes and procedures
    • Extend to include input/output processes across other business areas within the company
    • Ensure that such processes and procedures are implemented and followed across the community
    • Provide support and guidance to the project management community
    • Provide best practice guidance across all projects
    • Financial control across projects
    • Documentation – ensuring that all projects adhere to the correct levels of documentation
    • Project Reporting – Implement and maintain a set of standard reporting across all projects
    • Capacity planning
    • Establishing core templates that can be used across projects
