If you resonate with our operating principles and are energized by our mission, Podium will be a great place for you!The RoleAs Product Manager for Podium’s native mobile apps, your main focus will be to increase the usage of our highly-rated mobile applications. You will support the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring our apps meet the needs of local businesses. Your success will depend on your ability to work with all parts of the Podium organization to identify and break down barriers to mobile adoption. This role is perfect for someone relatively new to Product Management, either with previous experience as a full-time Product Manager or impressive internship experience.Job Responsibilities:• Feature Roadmap: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback and business goals. Work closely with other product teams, particularly Phones and Messaging, to prioritize key mobile use cases.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure cohesive product development, successful launches, and product adoption.• Product Marketing: Generate content to promote the mobile app and features to Podium customers.• User Research and Feedback: Conduct research calls and onsite visits with customers to learn how local businesses use Podium and inform the mobile roadmap.• Data-Driven Decisions: Become deeply familiar with all mobile-related data, using it to answer questions and uncover insights that impact the product roadmap and operations.• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers of all sizes to gather feedback and identify insights that influence the product direction.• Communication: Clearly communicate product updates, project statuses, and insights to stakeholders and team members.About You:• 1+ year of product management experience.• Basic understanding of mobile app development for Android and iOS platforms.• Passionate about understanding user needs and improving user experience.• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.• Comfortable working with data to inform product decisions and measure success.
