Podium is looking for a Senior People Operations Business Partner to provide strategic HR support and drive People Ops programs aligning with business objectives.

- Develop and implement effective HR policies and practices
- Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy
- Educate and coach managers on performance management and employee development

- Ensure new hires have a great onboarding experience
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or related field
