This leader will empower a team of recruiters to accelerate revenue enablement through the talent we identify and recruit. They will forge deep partnerships and collaborate with business leaders to drive recruitment initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
Experience working across various business groups to consult hiring teams on recruiting strategies (leveraging data to influence change) including working across multiple professions in Go-To-Market, Project Management and/or Engineering/Tech professions
Consults business leaders on critical talent needs and opportunities. Presents and frames information in a way that speaks to the business needs and influences leaders to embrace differentiated and alternative types of talent (e.g., compete, diverse, nontraditional) that may not be typically considered.
Uses deep knowledge of competitor opportunities to differentiate Point B’s unique career possibilities, advantages, and rewards and leverage a consistent, compelling message that conveys the most significant motivators to prospective candidates.
Operational Compliance & Excellence Leads the optimization of staffing policies, systems, and processes throughout their organization, and guides stakeholders on the impact of these changes.
Holds their team accountable for maintaining current documentation on candidates’ qualifications and status in the appropriate staffing or tracking system, within compliance guidelines (e.g., Office of Federal Compliance Programs, General Data Protection Regulation). Drives team to capture relevant data in recruiting platform and monitors and oversees quality of data capture.
Experience in sourcing and recruiting strategies to align to diversity, equity and inclusion goals as well as affirmative action planning. Creates partnerships with industry groups and organizations that will feed our talent pipeline.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
10+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
8+ years of experience as a talent acquisition manager with at least three years of experience managing, coaching, mentoring, contributing to the success of others, maximizing collective team impact, etc.
15+ years of relevant HR experience in sourcing, recruiting and workforce planning
8 years or more of direct leadership experience
Experience with Lever and other candidate tracking tools and OFCCP compliance
Experience collaborating with internal and external affinity groups and professional organizations such as NSBE, SWM, etc.
Human Resources Professional Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM) desired
Proven in supporting developing people, workforce planning
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Windows OS, and HCM or HRIS technologies
Experience working with confidential and personnel data
Experience implementing business partner programs preferred
Professional services experience preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The estimated salary range for this role is $145,000 - $238,500 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
